Delete your account or data
You can delete your Brainblox account and everything stored with it at any time — or remove a single child's profile while keeping your account. Here's how.
Delete your whole account
This permanently removes your parent account and every child profile on it — all progress, answers, mastery, coins and prizes — from your devices and from our servers.
- Open Brainblox and sign in.
- Tap the account menu (top right), then Settings.
- Enter your parent password to unlock the settings area.
- Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
This is immediate and cannot be undone. Your account data is erased from our database, and the child records it holds are deleted with it.
Remove a single child's data
To delete just one child — for example a profile you no longer need — without closing your account:
- Open Brainblox, sign in, and open the account menu → Child profiles.
- Enter your parent password.
- Remove the child's profile.
That child's progress and answer history are deleted from our servers; your account and any other children stay exactly as they were.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app — for example you've lost the device or forgotten your password — email us and we'll delete your account and data for you.
- Write to privacy@brainblox.app from, or quoting, the email address on the account.
- Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted, or just a particular child's profile.
We'll complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request, and confirm by email when it's done.
